Another attorney stated that if he were to file a case, then he would have to prove that there was no affair angle between him and Kristin. Another attorney mentioned that even if the lawsuit is filed, it will be to shift the blame, as a concert consisting of 70,000 people and numerous cameras means the expectation of privacy always runs to zero.
