Chosun newspaper reported that actress Kim Sae Ron was found dead at the age of 25 at her home on February 16.
Seongdong Police Station, Seoul received the report at 5pm and is confirming the incident. The cause is currently under investigation.
According to the Seongdong Police Station, Seoul, at 4:54 p.m., they received a report that Kim Sae Ron was found dead at a house in Seongsu Dong 2 Ga, Seongdong District, Seoul.
“A friend of Kim’s, who had arranged to meet her that day, was the one who discovered and reported it to the police,” police said.
The investigation agency also informed: “There are no signs of external intrusion or signs of criminal behavior. The cause of death is still under investigation.”
According to Edaily , an acquaintance of Kim Sae Ron revealed: “I met her at the end of last year. At that time, she changed her name to Kim Ah Im and was trying to start over.
Kim Sae Ron is preparing to open a cafe with some acquaintances and is also planning to return to the entertainment industry. So when I heard the news, I was really shocked.”

Previously, Kim Sae Ron caused controversy for drunk driving and temporarily stopped working from 2022.
In 2022, Kim Sae Ron was caught drunk driving after crashing into a public building and attempting to flee the scene.
The accident damaged the transformer, causing the entire area to lose power for more than 4 hours. Traffic lights stopped working, causing serious traffic congestion.
